I am Rosina Roibal,

a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and

I specialize in trauma-informed individual therapy for overwhelmed parents in-person in Berkeley and virtually across California.

You always wanted to be a parent, but this reality is nothing like what you imagined it would be like. You are stuck in a groundhog day... day after day, just trying to survive. Everything is so hard and overwhelming. You can't seem to catch up on anything...pumping, feeding, cleaning one mess while your child is making another. You desperately need a break.

A “good” day is one where you didn’t yell, snap, or break down. You feel completely out of control. The crying, whining and relentless needs of others really gets to you.

You compare yourself to others, and you get down on yourself. You feel so alone. Friends don’t understand. Family isn’t available or supportive. Other parents are just as maxed out as you are. You don’t feel like a person anymore—just someone who exists to care for others. You're running on fumes. And even though it goes against everything you were taught—by your family, your culture, and society—you know it’s time to ask for help. You're not weak. You're human. And you don't have to do this alone anymore.

I can help you get unstuck.
