You are stuck in patterns that prevent you from living a happy life. You over-work, sacrifice yourself for others, and are constantly trying to prove yourself. You are burnt out, your body hurts, and everything sucks. You are constantly overwhelmed and have a mile-long to-do list. You feel like you are never good enough and you are hard on yourself. You struggle in navigating relationships and work, because you make yourself small. You find yourself spending hours coping with alcohol, scrolling, isolating, and even working.

It’s out of control and you feel so alone.

It feels like vicious cycles…wheels stuck in the mud, spinning deeper as you press the gas harder. You’re holding it all together in a lot of ways, but you know that you could be happier and that it doesn’t need to be so hard.

You’ve worked on it alone for a while and are now ready to get help. Asking for help is hard for you, and actually goes against the way you were taught by your family, culture, and society.

I will help you get unstuck.

I provide individual, relationship, and family therapy in-person in Oakland and virtually across California. I use trauma-informed expressive arts therapy for folks who are overwhelmed, struggle with boundaries, and criticize themselves.

As a result of our work, you could experience calm within storms, traction in your “wheels,” and relief from the weight of your past. You could experience more agency in your life, being able to make empowered and mindful choices. You could have healthier relationships, with mutual respect and care. You could have tools to regulate and ground yourself, and you could get less triggered. You could have more capacity for big feelings. You could experience joy, happiness, and freedom. You could love yourself. Are you ready?
