Services
Individual Therapy
I provide therapy for individuals age 13+ in-person (in an office in Rockridge), via video, and/or outdoors. Sessions are 50 minutes-long and occur weekly. For therapy with teens, I incorporate parent coaching and family therapy, as well. I recommend in-person therapy for teens, but sometimes virtual therapy can work or a hybrid of virtual and in-person.
Conjoint Therapy
I conduct conjoint therapy of all types, including LGBTQI, spouses, partners, co-parents, friends, co-workers, pods, polycules, CNM (Consensual Non-Monogomy), kinky, etc. With conjoint therapy, I am more directive than with individuals, and I have more of a facilitative role. I help deepen connection, improve communication, navigate conflict, and interrupt unhealthy cycles. I conduct sessions virtually, in an office in Rockridge, and/or if appropriate, in your home. Sessions are 60 minutes-long.
Family Therapy
I conduct family therapy between people of all ages, related by blood or not, including chosen family. Sometimes family therapy is between two people (dyads) or more. It might occur between parents/caregivers and their children, siblings, extended family, etc. I use a directive approach with strong, but neutral and compassionate facilitation. I often help families repair relational and emotional wounds, deepen connection, improve communication, navigate conflict, and have healthy and loving boundaries. I conduct sessions via telehealth, in-person in an office in Rockridge, and if appropriate, in your home. Sessions are 60 minutes-long.
